I got my order way quicker than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise. I’ve had other orders from different places take forever to show up, so this was definitely a much better experience. Everything arrived without any issues.

My bracelet had an issue and they fixed it under warranty with no hassle at all. The whole process were simple, and I really appreciated how easy they made it.

I ordered a name necklace and I was mainly worried I’d somehow mess up the spelling or pick the wrong chain size. I don’t remember every little detail from checkout, but I do remember double-checking the name a bunch, and it showed up exactly the way I typed it.

The packaging seemed fine from what I remember, and shipping wasn’t anything dramatic either. The big thing for me was that the necklace matched what I chose, with no spelling issues, so I’m happy with it.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t really expecting much from the packaging, but it was actually nice. The box felt sturdy and looked clean, and everything inside was arranged neatly instead of just tossed in.
It did make opening the order feel a little more special, even if I didn’t think I’d care about that. Simple, classy enough, and nothing showed up damaged. I’d probably order again.

I ordered a custom piece and, overall, the design was close to what I asked for. At first glance it looked nice, and I could tell they did try to follow the reference I sent.
That said, a few of the smaller details were a little off, like the spacing and some of the shapes. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it didn’t match the picture as closely as I was hoping.

Shipping and communication were fine, but considering what I paid, I expected the final design to be more accurate. Not a bad experience, just not quite worth the price for me. 3 stars.

I sent my ring in to be resized and have a small repair done, and to be fair, the actual work turned out good. It fits better now and the repair looks fine, so I don’t really have any complaints about the end result.

That said, the whole thing took longer than I was expecting, and I had to reach out myself to get updates, which was a little annoying. Not a bad experience overall, just not especially impressive either

The site looks fine... like, nothing immediately feels off, but I’d still want to see clearer proof of authenticity and maybe more detailed reviews before I’d feel comfortable spending much. It seems like it could be legit, I’m just not fully convinced yet

That said, the communication felt kind of slow and a little indifferent at times, which made the whole process drag on. The final sizing was also slightly off, not a huge deal, but noticeable. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I did get a response, but it took longer than I thought it would. They were polite and they did answer my question, so that part was fine. It just felt kind of slow, and at first it didn’t feel all that helpful. Overall, it was okay, just okay
